Experience a journey that connects the maritime history of Santo Domingo with a culinary proposal inspired by the Caribbean, the ocean, and the flavors of the New World.

The experience begins with a guided visit to the Museum of the Sea, where guests will discover stories of navigation, ships, explorers, and the deep connection between our city and the sea.

After the tour, the journey continues to Pat’e Palo European Brasserie, located in the historic Plaza de España, for a themed lunch specially designed to complement the cultural experience.

Each dish has been created to highlight seafood flavors, noble ingredients, and memorable presentations, combining freshness, Caribbean identity, and culinary creativity.

Starters

•Fresh Catch Ceviche: Fresh catch marinated in citrus, with leche de tigre, cilantro, and red onion, accompanied by crispy textures.
•Crispy Apple: Breaded apple slices with onion and ginger textures, topped with Parmesan fondue and sautéed shrimp.

Main Course

•Coconut-Braised Dorado Fillet: Fresh dorado perfectly seared and coated in a silky coconut sauce, aromatized with Creole vegetables, fresh herbs, and a delicate Caribbean touch.
•Coconut Curry Shrimp: Juicy sautéed shrimp coated in a silky coconut curry sauce, with spiced notes, fresh herbs, and tropical nuances.

Dessert

•Pistachio Cake: Pistachio sponge cake served with artisanal pistachio ice cream.
