From the Sea to the Table
Experience a journey that connects the maritime history of Santo Domingo with a culinary proposal inspired by the Caribbean, the ocean, and the flavors of the New World. The experience begins with a guided visit to the Museum of the Sea, where guests will discover stories of navigation, ships, explorers, and the deep connection between our city and the sea. After the tour, the journey continues to Pat’e Palo European Brasserie, located in the historic Plaza de España, for a themed lunch specially designed to complement the cultural experience. Each dish has been created to highlight seafood flavors, noble ingredients, and memorable presentations, combining freshness, Caribbean identity, and culinary creativity.
A Night in the New World
Discover Santo Domingo’s Colonial City at night through an experience combining gastronomy, history, and authentic Dominican rhythms. The evening begins with a three-course dinner at Pat’e Palo European Brasserie, continues at the Dominican Rum Bar & Museum with a Cocktail Ginger Mule, and ends with an unforgettable night of salsa, bachata, and merengue dancing.
